The Information Technology Department is responsible for providing quality technological support, maintaining and optimizing information assets, integrating relevant IT solutions, developing appropriate tools, ensuring effective and secure access to information, supporting the organization's digital transformation, and meeting the strategic and operational needs of ENAP.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The IT analyst is responsible for the analysis, development, coordination, and implementation of the development, deployment, operation, and maintenance phases of information systems or IT infrastructures. They provide advisory and support roles to the client base.

In general, as an IT analyst, the incumbent

  • Assesses, plans, coordinates, or implements IT projects in conjunction with the client base.
  • Ensures the quality of the implementation and adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Manages or conducts opportunity studies, prototypes, preliminary analyses, system architectures, functional analyses, and post-implementation studies for the operation and maintenance of network, system, and cloud environments.
  • Conducts cost-benefit studies on the various environments under their responsibility.
  • Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, tests, and documents IT projects.
  • Provides technical supervision to the staff responsible for the implementation of the work.
  • Ensures the installation, operation, availability, maintenance, and security of the data and infrastructures of the technological environments under their responsibility.
  • Evaluates performance, analyzes problems and defects, finds and applies solutions.
  • Advises the client base and the sector's management on best practices for the management and evolution of information systems and infrastructures.
  • Collaborates in the evaluation of user training needs and produces or coordinates the creation of user guides and training materials.

  • Acts as a reference person in their area of expertise.
  • Contributes to the transfer of knowledge and the development of technical practices within the team.
  • Takes on complex infrastructure files requiring expertise related to their profile.
  • Conducts architecture analyses and formulates recommendations regarding the evolution of network, system, and cloud infrastructures.
  • Administers, maintains, and optimizes network infrastructures, including switching, routing, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP services, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Manages Windows and Linux server environments and associated services, ensuring their evolution, optimization, and sustainability.
  • Ensures the management and evolution of Microsoft environments, including Exchange, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Intune.
  • Ensures the management and evolution of cloud environments and associated platforms (Microsoft Azure), as well as any other relevant platforms (e.g., AWS, OVH).
  • Administers platforms such as Fortinet, Cisco, VMware (ESXi, vSphere), and Commvault.
  • Conducts advanced diagnostics, resolves complex incidents, and identifies improvement paths aimed at the stability, security, and performance of IT infrastructures.
  • Develops and implements automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and infrastructure reliability (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Intune, Azure automation).

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline, particularly in computer science

Experience

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
