Ensure the smooth running of activities in compliance with the code of ethics, standards, and professional competence criteria in place;
Coordinate and manage the clinical activities of the care service and technical needs to meet the needs of residents;
Ensure that care plans are written for each resident, adapted to their needs, in compliance with the prescriptions and requests of the professionals in the file, and serves as a basic tool for the execution of care and services;
Provide training on new techniques and/or work methods to colleagues in care: PAB, PAB law 90 and/or Inf. Aux.
Coordinate activities with various health services and government agencies such as hospitals, to ensure the acquisition of necessary services for the well-being and care of residents;
Take charge of admissions, external transfers, and departures of residents;
During work shift changes: Meet the staff (PAB, PAB Law 90 and/or Inf. Aux.) of the following work shift to ensure the communication of new administrative and care procedures, discuss encountered problems, and find appropriate solutions;
Complete any other related tasks;
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: Starting at $24.00 per hour

Education
- DEP/ AEC or Certificate (Mandatory)
Experience
- Nursing Care: 5 years (Mandatory)
- Licenses/Certificates:
- RCR Certification (Mandatory)
- PDSB (Mandatory)
- OIIAQ (Mandatory)
