Tasks

Interview clients individually, in families, or in groups, to assess their situation and problems in order to determine the types of services needed

Perform administrative tasks

Arrange referral services to organizations offering financial assistance, legal aid, housing services, medical care, and other services

Act as a member of an interdisciplinary team of professionals working with a group of clients

Provide follow-ups and evaluations

Lead groups and individuals in social and leisure activity programs

Functions and activities of supervisors 5 to 10 people
