Automotive Aesthetic Technician

Job Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Cleaning

• Perform interior and exterior washing of vehicles;
• Clean engine compartments, trunks, and storage spaces;
• Detach, clean, and restore interior surfaces;
• Ensure overall cleanliness of vehicles before returning them to service.

Aesthetic Restoration

• Perform polishing, waxing, and decontamination of surfaces;
• Restore and protect painted surfaces;
• Perform minor paint touch-ups;
• Apply protective treatments and finishing products;
• Install anti-rust treatments.

Vehicle Installation and Enhancement

• Install various accessories and equipment;
• Perform minor aesthetic improvement work;
• Apply decals, lettering, or corporate identification elements as required.

Quality Control

• Inspect the aesthetic condition of vehicles;
• Identify damages, defects, or anomalies requiring repair;
• Report major bodywork or mechanical work to responsible parties;
• Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma (DES) or equivalent;
• AEP in automotive aesthetics or relevant experience in a related field;
• Valid Class 5 driver's license;
• Experience in vehicle aesthetic maintenance (asset);
• Proficiency in French.
