We design and manufacture locally tactical and strategic communication solutions for Defense and police special forces. Our products interconnect incompatible systems to enable immediate field operability.

Your impact

We are looking for a technical leader who loves growing people as much as advancing complex projects. Someone who can provide clear direction to their team, structure priorities, and stay on track with deliverables.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on how our teams collaborate, make decisions, and advance product development. You will contribute to giving the team momentum, clarity, and structure in a multidisciplinary environment where technical challenges are stimulating and quality matters.

You will also be called upon to evolve our ways of working to support the growth of the team and our products.

Your responsibilities

• Mobilize, support, and develop a multidisciplinary team composed of engineers, designers, and technicians.
• Plan development activities, establish priorities, and allocate resources based on needs and schedules.
• Drive project R&D progress, anticipate risks, and coordinate the various disciplines involved.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Tech Leads to align requirements, technical orientations, and key decisions.
• Support the resolution of complex problems and evolve practices, processes, and indicators to improve product development efficiency.

Your profile

• You hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in electronic or mechatronic product development.
• You have significant experience in managing or leading technical project teams.
• You have good knowledge of electronic design, embedded systems, validation, testing, or certification.
• You have experience in agile management and product development in a “stage-gate” style.
• You know how to mobilize a team, communicate clearly, and maintain an overview even when multiple projects are progressing in parallel.
• You are analytical, solution-oriented, and enjoy advancing things in a structured way.
