As a Project Manager in Construction, you will be at the heart of the smooth running of our construction sites, ensuring customer satisfaction, adherence to schedules, budgets, and execution quality. Here are your main responsibilities: Your main responsibilities:

• Team management: Lead and mobilize the team dedicated to your construction projects.
• Planning and coordination: Organize the logistics of the work and ensure effective coordination with the professionals involved.
• Tendering: Prepare, launch, and manage tenders, while negotiating and awarding subcontracting contracts.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective exchanges with clients, professionals, and subcontractors.
• Administrative follow-up: Supervise the administration of the construction sites and ensure the updating of the work schedules.
• Technical documents: Ensure the follow-up and management of the technical documents required for the projects.
• Change management: Process change requests from suppliers and clients.
• Health and safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and best practices on the construction sites.
• Cost tracking: Define and track budgetary elements to ensure rigorous financial management.
• Project delivery: Supervise the delivery of completed projects and obtain the final acceptance of the clients.

You will play a key role in the success of our projects, while contributing to maintaining the high standards that make our reputation.

We are looking for a meticulous and motivated person, with the following skills and qualities:

• Education and experience:
• College diploma in civil engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in construction, or
• University diploma in building engineering, construction engineering, civil engineering, or architecture, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec: A valuable asset for this position.
• Excellent communication skills: Whether in person, on the phone, by email or text, you know how to clearly and effectively convey your ideas.
• Organization and meticulousness: Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of performance.
