As a Superintendent at Dinamo, you will play a key role in the success of our projects by ensuring the planning, organization, direction, and control of work on-site. As a true pillar of on-site execution, you will ensure the smooth running of operations, in accordance with the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Directing all activities related to the implementation of work according to the contract;
• Efficiently allocating work to ensure optimal productivity;
• Ensuring the application and compliance with safety rules on-site;
• Assisting in meetings with the client and subcontractors;
• Forecasting and planning the need for materials and equipment;
• Collaborating with the Project Director in developing the schedule;
• Writing daily activity reports;
• Controlling the quality of the work performed;
• Monitoring deficiencies and ensuring their rapid correction;
• Meeting professionals as needed to ensure the proper conduct of work;
• Maintaining harmonious relationships with all stakeholders;
• Respecting and improving project schedules;
• Performing all other tasks required for the success of the site;
• Being the worthy representative of Dinamo's quality to the teams and partners.

PROFILE REQUIRED

• Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in a field related to construction and have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in your field;
