Job Title: Cosmetic Specialist – Part-Time Status (15 to 22h30/week maximum)

Availability: Between 15 to 22h30, including evenings and weekends.

As a Cosmetic Specialist and brand ambassador, you will be responsible for the in-store experience of our customers. In other words, through your knowledge, you will be able to guide our loyal customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers according to Yves Rocher recommendations;
• Identify customer needs by asking relevant questions and ensuring active listening; guide them to the desired products;
• Inform customers about new products, ongoing promotions, and in-store events;
• Apply recommended sales techniques by Yves Rocher;
• Participate in daily store maintenance tasks;
• Collaborate on store merchandising;
• Process transactions and handle cash according to internal procedures;
• Act as a Yves Rocher ambassador in providing excellent customer service.
