What We Expect

As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for refining and positioning our service offering in the industry, and expanding our client base. The Sales and Marketing Manager may have to travel to SME trade shows, client meetings, and other business groups. At Vigelia Inc., your ideas will be listened to and considered, and you will be a key player in the implementation of Vigelia Inc's products in the industry.

More specifically, the Sales and Marketing Manager will have to:

• Establish and maintain close relationships with clients.
• Forge strategic partnerships with professional organizations and associations to position Vigelia Inc.'s products as a reference for their members.
• Act as an ambassador for Vigelia Inc.'s commercial offer.
• Identify and use the most effective digital marketing channels to position Vigelia Inc.'s services.
• Contribute to the documentation of sales processes and procedures.
• Ensure client satisfaction tracking.
• Perform and follow up on opportunities.
• Ensure Vigelia Inc.'s presence and its products on social networks and digital platforms.
• Achieve set sales objectives.
• Prepare complete proposals and presentations for clients (jointly with the technical manager).
• Participate in marketing events such as trade shows.
• Identify areas for improvement in services or service presentations.
• Conduct industry vigilance.

What We Are Looking For

• DEP, DEC, University degree, or combination of degree and relevant experience in communication, marketing, or sales, or in any other related field or experiences.
• Knowledge and experience in using digital marketing tools.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing (asset).
• Be perfectly bilingual (English and French) both orally and in writing (asset).
• Experience in marketing and sales in the field of information technology or cybersecurity (asset).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a strong ability to negotiate.
• Meticulous in time management.
• Convincing, motivated, and capable of overcoming objections.
• Ambitious and proactive. Be results-oriented.
• Curious and quick learner.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity (asset).

Compensation: $35,000 to $75,000 per year.
