  • Monitor the upkeep of the establishment and review reservations to ensure customer satisfaction by meeting their needs.
  • Offer concierge services with in-depth knowledge of the destination and local attractions to enhance the customer experience during their stay.
  • Develop sales programs to increase revenue, and quickly address customer issues by recording them and alerting the relevant departments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a concierge or front desk agent in a 4-star hotel, with prior supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, essential for effectively interacting with a predominantly anglophone clientele.
  • Proficiency in a PMS (Property Management System) and Microsoft Windows applications, as well as excellent English and French skills, with a third language being an asset.
  • A hospitality management degree and membership in Les Clefs D’Or are assets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, the ability to work under pressure, and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Strong ability to focus on customer needs while remaining calm and courteous, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
