The Inuulitsivik Health Centre (CSI) is dedicated to providing quality health and social services to the Nunavimmiut living in the seven communities along the coast of Hudson Bay. To contribute to our mission, we are currently looking for Nurses in a Clinic (expanded role).

Salary
- Nurse salary between 29.61$ and 47.48$ per hour according to experience
- Clinical Nurse salary between 31.06$ and 55.04$ per hour according to experience

Northern Bonuses and Other Employment Conditions
- Remote living allowance (without dependents) between 233.63$ and 275.60$ per week according to the village
- Remote living allowance (with dependents) between 411.84$ and 485.88$ per week according to the village
- Retention bonus between 449.54$ and 545.90$ per week according to the village and seniority
- Cost of living bonus: between 58.40$ and 188.72$ per week according to the village
- Clinic bonus if applicable: 228$ per week
Available Opportunities – Nurses in a Clinic (expanded role) – Grand North (Villages along the coast of Hudson Bay)
Several schedule arrangements are possible, including:
- Full-time (36 weeks in the North and 16 weeks of leave)
- Full-time (30/32/34 weeks in the North with 6 trips according to work hours distribution) *if without dependents*
- Part-time (26 weeks with 4 or 6 annual trips) *if without dependents*
- Part-time (minimum of 4 weeks of work every three months) *if without dependents*
Main Responsibilities – Nurses in a Clinic (expanded role) – Grand North (Villages along the coast of Hudson Bay)
- Conduct complete evaluations of users aged 0 to 99 years, allowing the physician to make a remote diagnosis and determine appropriate interventions
- Perform activities and interventions based on the establishment's therapeutic guide, which includes over 56 collective prescriptions
- Provide first-line clinical services
- Provide emergency services
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of community health programs
- Perform administrative tasks at the CLSC
- Serve as a local training agent
- Must provide care when necessary

Academic Requirement
- Nurse: College diploma in nursing
- Clinical Nurse: Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Expanded role training (an asset)
- PIQ vaccination training
Experience Requirement
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care (emergency, intensive care)
- Diverse experience considered on an evaluation basis
Other Requirements
- Current RCR certification
- Active member of the OIIQ
- Bilingualism (French, English) Inuktitut an asset
- Valid driver's license
Availability Requirements
- Minimum of 4 consecutive weeks
- Minimum of 16 weeks of work per year

Workers currently in the health and social services network can request a Northern unpaid leave (up to 48 months) to work in Nunavik
