Youth Engagement Specialist

Are you 29 years old or younger? Are you looking for a position where you engage, raise awareness, and develop partnerships, all in the same week? We want to meet you!

What You Will Do

• Organize and facilitate awareness activities in youth environments (ages 12-29).
• Support and guide young caregivers in mental health.
• Create awareness content and promotional materials.
• Develop intervention methods with our partners that truly resonate with young people.
• Keep project statistics up-to-date (no exceptions...).
• Participate in the life of the association.

What You Bring

• You are 29 years old or younger.
• College or university degree in social sciences.
• Experience in animation and intervention with teens and young adults (minimum 1 year).
• Good understanding of mental health issues and the Estrie network.
• Desire to embody the values of the community on a daily basis. Experience in this area is an asset.
• Proficiency in Canva and social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok mandatory).
• Fluent French, both oral and written. English is an asset.
• Autonomy, judgment, and creativity. You must be comfortable building your schedule and traveling.

What We Offer

• Full-time position, 35 hours per week, contract until March 31, 2027, renewable.
• Starting salary of $26.70/hour.
