We are currently looking for a médico-aesthetic technician passionate about technological treatments and achieving visible and lasting results.

The person we are looking for will primarily be responsible for performing laser hair removal, microneedling, and photorejuvenation treatments, while gradually developing their skills on the various technologies offered at the clinic.

We are seeking a professional, meticulous, and reassuring individual who enjoys accompanying their clients in achieving their goals and building long-term trust.

Do you have relevant experience in laser, microneedling, photorejuvenation, or other médico-aesthetic technologies, but do not necessarily have a traditional background in aesthetics? We would still like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients professionally and offer a personalized experience;
• Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess clients' needs, expectations, and goals;
• Evaluate indications and contraindications and determine treatment admissibility according to established protocols;
• Develop and recommend personalized treatment plans;
• Perform laser hair removal treatments;
• Perform photorejuvenation treatments;
• Perform microneedling treatments;
• Perform other treatments using the technologies offered at the clinic, according to the training and skills possessed;
• Clearly explain the course of treatments, expected results, and pre- and post-treatment recommendations;
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of clients and the evolution of results;
• Adequately document treatments performed in client files;
• Advise clients on complementary care, treatments, packages, and products tailored to their needs;
• Maintain rooms and equipment according to hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards;
• Strictly adhere to the protocols for using different technologies;
• Actively participate in client loyalty and achieving clinic goals;
• Participate in continuous training to develop knowledge and skills.
• Desired Profile / Requirements
• Relevant training and experience in médico-aesthetic technologies or a related field;
• Practical experience with one or more technologies ...
• Strong interest in laser, microneedling, and photorejuvenation treatments;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Ability to build client trust and simplify treatments;
• High level of rigor in applying protocols and safety measures;
• Comfortable with sales-advice and treatment plan recommendations;
• Autonomy, initiative, and excellent sense of responsibility;
• Team spirit and openness to feedback;
• Desire to learn and continuously develop expertise.
• Assets
• Experience in laser hair removal;
• Experience in photorejuvenation / IPL;
• Experience in microneedling;
• Experience with various aesthetic or médico-aesthetic technologies;
• Experience in a médico-aesthetic clinic;
• Knowledge of indications and contraindications related to technological treatments;
• Experience in consultation and treatment plan development;
• Experience in sales-advice and product recommendations;
• Training in aesthetics or médico-aesthetics.
