Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Sales Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing sales across your entire territory. You will be tasked with building and maintaining lasting business relationships with various market actors, including construction material merchants, contractors, builders, real estate developers, architects, and other industry professionals.

You will act as a partner to your clients, guiding them in the development of their businesses, introducing them to Maibec products and solutions, and promoting the use of the various tools available to them.

The position also includes a dimension of project development and prescription. You will be called upon to work with contractors, developers, architects, and other stakeholders to identify projects in advance, develop opportunities, and promote the use of MAIBEC products.

Qualifications

  • Reside in Laval or the surrounding area to facilitate travel across the territory;
  • Hold a college or university degree in a relevant field;
  • Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, representation, or business development in the construction or construction materials sector;
  • Have significant experience with architects and contractors, as well as a strong network of contacts;
  • Excellent French language skills, both oral and written;
  • Bilingual French-English required to serve a diverse clientele;
  • Be available for regular travel across the territory;
  • Hold a valid driver's license;
  • Be proficient in a CRM system, ideally Salesforce.
