What you will do
As an Associate, Customer Experience, you will not only be the face of our branches but also a reflection of their personality and humanity. At Scotiabank, we put our customers first, and achieving their financial goals is our priority.
Associates, Customer Experience, are first and foremost at the service of people, and they build a genuine relationship with them. As an essential member of the Canadian Branch Network, your main objective will be to provide exceptional service to customers throughout their journey with us. To do this:
- you will adopt a proactive approach and listening to identify and understand their needs;
- you will handle routine banking transactions;
- you will cultivate fruitful and lasting relationships;
- you will contribute to branch goals by finding and pursuing simple sales opportunities;
- you will leverage your technological expertise to introduce Scotiabank's mobile banking services to customers and help them manage their banking affairs.

In addition to French, the successful candidate must also have sufficient English proficiency, as the role involves regular interaction and collaboration with groups and individuals based in Toronto, as well as constant interaction with other individuals, including customers, who speak English, both locally and elsewhere.
