Assistant Manager

As part of the opening of Maison Paré this fall, we are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and team-oriented assistant manager to support the management of this new concept signed by Bijouterie Paré.

Maison Paré is a warm space where jewelry, coffee, and lifestyle meet. Designed as a true destination, the store will bring together fashion jewelry, a brooch bar, coffee, gelato, and a carefully selected range of gift items. A lively and inspiring place where people come to shop and discover, as well as to enjoy a coffee and the moment.

Your role

As an assistant manager, you will work closely with the manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store and a customer experience that aligns with the Maison Paré universe. You will contribute to the daily functioning of the store, both for the coffee and gelato section and the jewelry, brooch bar, and gift items.

Being present and engaged on the floor, you will have responsibilities such as:

• Supporting the manager in coordinating and supervising daily activities;
• Acting as a resource person for the team and handling operations in the absence of the manager;
• Providing a warm and high-quality customer experience;
• Participating in the smooth operation of coffee and gelato services;
• Advising customers and supporting sales of jewelry, brooch bar items, and gift items;
• Ensuring compliance with standards, procedures, and hygiene norms;
• Participating in inventory management, ordering, and restocking;
• Contributing to the impeccable presentation of the store and merchandising;
• Actively participating in achieving sales and performance goals.

Desired profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably with supervision experience;
• Experience required in the restaurant, coffee, or food service industry;
• Passion for jewelry, trends, customer service, and lifestyle universe;
• Positive leadership, team spirit, and ability to mobilize others;
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
• Autonomy, initiative, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment where customer experience is a priority.
