Store Manager

As part of the opening of Maison Paré this fall, we are looking for a passionate, dynamic and team-oriented store manager to take the reins of this brand new concept signed Bijouterie Paré.

Maison Paré is a warm space where jewelry, coffee and lifestyle meet. Designed as a true destination, the store will bring together fashion jewelry, a brooch bar, coffee, gelato and a carefully selected range of gift items. A lively and inspiring place where people come to shop and discover, as well as to enjoy a coffee and the moment.

Your role

As a manager, you will be at the heart of Maison Paré's operations and customer experience. You will be responsible for the daily operation of the store, both for the coffee and gelato section and for the jewelry, brooch bar and gift items.

As a true leader on the floor, you will have responsibilities such as:

• Leading, motivating and supporting the team on a daily basis;
• Ensuring a warm and high-quality customer experience in line with Maison Paré's image;
• Supervising all daily store operations;
• Ensuring the proper functioning of coffee and gelato operations;
• Supervising jewelry, brooch bar and gift item sales;
• Ensuring compliance with standards, procedures and hygiene norms;
• Participating in inventory management, ordering and restocking;
• Ensuring the store's impeccable presentation and merchandising;
• Actively contributing to achieving sales and performance goals.

Desired profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management, in the food service, coffee or restaurant industry;
• Experience in retail and sales, an asset;
• Passion for jewelry, trends, customer service and the lifestyle universe;
• Natural leadership and ability to motivate a team;
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
• Autonomy, initiative and ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously;
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment where customer experience is a priority.
