We are currently looking for a Trade Marketing & Commercial Activation Coordinator, to replace a maternity leave, to support the deployment of our brand strategy and commercial initiatives.

At the heart of the action, you will contribute to turning marketing and commercial strategies into concrete activations with our partners and on the ground. You will be at the heart of exchanges with the marketing and activation teams of our banners, while ensuring the coordination and execution of our commercial initiatives.

You will work closely with IDC Dermo's Marketing and Sales teams to strengthen brand visibility, support the sales force, develop relationships with our partners, and ensure effective and consistent execution of our commercial initiatives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Trade Marketing & Commercial Activation

  • Participate in the deployment of the annual Trade Marketing and commercial activation plan, in line with brand, marketing, and commercial priorities.
  • Coordinate the implementation of commercial activations with different networks, banners, and partners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the commercial and marketing priorities of each banner to identify relevant activation opportunities for IDC Dermo.
  • Contribute to maximizing brand visibility and presence in retail, particularly during launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and commercial initiatives.
  • Coordinate the various stages of activations, from planning to execution, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Support the implementation of initiatives aimed at increasing visibility, conversion, performance, and loyalty.
  • Monitor the results of initiatives and collaborate with the analytical team to identify learnings and optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Trade Marketing programs and activations.

Banner & Commercial Communications Relations

  • Serve as the daily point of contact for Trade Marketing and activation follow-ups with banners, in collaboration with the management.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the marketing, activation, and merchandising teams of partners.
  • Coordinate exchanges with banners regarding launches, SKU priorities, promotions, campaigns, visibility opportunities, and commercial initiatives.
  • Prepare and coordinate quarterly communications with banner marketing teams to present product priorities, news, commercial highlights, and available marketing assets.
  • Gather banner needs, opportunities, and requests and ensure their internal follow-up.
  • Coordinate incoming requests and ensure clear and effective communication between banners and internal teams.
  • Monitor approvals, schedules, deliverables, specifications, and requirements specific to each partner.
  • Identify execution challenges and propose solutions to ensure an effective and professional partner experience.
  • Contribute to the development of new activation and visibility opportunities with banners.

Sales Force Support

  • Develop and coordinate tools, arguments, presentations, and commercial materials for the sales force.
  • Support the sales team in executing commercial plans and meet their needs for tools, materials, and information.
  • Coordinate the production of commercial briefs, communication tools, and promotional materials for field teams and partners.
  • Ensure that sales teams have the necessary materials and information for the effective deployment of initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal teams, the sales force, suppliers, and various partners.

Trade Marketing Investments & Supplier Management

  • Optimize Trade Marketing investments to maximize their commercial impact and return on investment.
  • Evaluate costs, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend the best investment options based on commercial objectives.
  • Lead and support negotiations with suppliers and partners to obtain the best possible conditions, costs, and deliverables.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and Trade Marketing commitments to ensure rigorous and effective use of resources.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, agencies, and partners to obtain proposals, compare options, and ensure optimal cost management.
  • Maintain up-to-date budget tracking tools and provide visibility on investments, commitments, and results.

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate schedules, deliverables, approvals, and various stages of Trade Marketing and commercial activation projects.
  • Monitor projects with internal teams, suppliers, agencies, and partners to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate the production, adaptation, and delivery of marketing and commercial materials.
  • Monitor briefs, validations, corrections, and approvals until final delivery.
  • Ensure that commitments made to banners are correctly executed and delivered on time.
  • Document results, learnings, and best practices to support continuous improvement.

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • University degree in marketing, administration, commerce, or a relevant field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, Trade Marketing, commercial coordination, sales, or brand activation, ideally in the cosmetics, dermo-cosmetics, pharmacy, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Good understanding of retail environments and pharmacy networks.
  • Experience in project coordination and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience or ease in managing relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, or marketing teams, an asset.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and priority management skills.
  • Commercial sense, results-oriented mindset, and understanding of the challenges related to in-store execution.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage costs and investments, an asset.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to track the performance of initiatives and derive learnings.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams and partners.
  • Bilingual French/English.
  • Autonomy, creativity, rigor, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and growing environment.
  • Strong interest in the beauty, skincare, and dermo-cosmetics universe.
