Main responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls;
• Scheduling appointments for the service department by communicating with customers via phone, email and text;
• Gather customer information, concerns and recommend required maintenance for their vehicle;
• Confirming appointments;
• Make outbound calls (promotional campaigns, maintenance reminders, etc.)

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Have a sense of initiative, adaptability, attention to detail and good judgment;
• Ability to communicate in French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele;
• Communicate professionally by phone and email;
• Interpersonal skills and a confident and dynamic tone of voice;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, computerized environment;
• Identify and address priorities in order to achieve objectives;
• Ability to deal with a business clientele;
• Ability and interest in working in a team environment.
