Description
As part of its dining and resident care services, Residence Maxwell is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join its team as a Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper. You play a key role in the smooth operation of the kitchen by ensuring the cleanliness and good condition of all equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain the cleanliness of washing equipment and workstations
- Comply with applicable food hygiene and safety standards
- Store clean equipment in designated areas
- Support the kitchen team as needed (clearing tables, general maintenance)
- Report any breakage or irregularity to the supervisor
Desired Profile
- Punctuality, reliability, and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work standing and maintain a steady work pace
- Team spirit and good communication skills
- Experience in dishwashing or kitchen work (an asset, not mandatory)
- Knowledge of MAPAQ standards (an asset)
- Compensation: $16.80 to $19.00 per hour
