Job Scope:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Store Clerk welcomes, suggests, and processes orders for customers.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Welcome customers at the counter, verify requested information, and take orders.
• Check product availability in the computer system.
• Verify the accuracy of products and orders as well as the condition of assembled products in the warehouse.
• Participate in inventory and tablet replenishment.
• Ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the counter and service areas.
• Support internal sales as needed.
• We Would Like to Meet You If You Have:
• A DEP in electricity and/or sales training (an asset)
• More than six (6) months of experience in the handling domain
• Exceptional customer service
• Bilingual (French and English) required to serve the anglophone clientele.
• Knowledge of electrical products and Microsoft Office suite (an asset).
• Ability to lift weights (maximum 50 pounds).
