What you'll do...

ORDER PROCESSING TASKS

Select, pack, and prepare customer orders

Select and prepare customer orders with care and precision from different temperature zones to ensure timely delivery. Pack orders carefully, checking selection, quantities, and product codes.

Ensure product quality and order accuracy

Select fresh and high-quality products and remove damaged or non-compliant items. Accurately fill out required documents and labels, including picking lists and shipping labels.

Organize packed orders efficiently

Store packed orders in bins efficiently to optimize space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.

Assist customers and support team operations

Perform order processing tasks while having positive interactions with customers, offering help, and contributing to problem-solving when necessary.

Follow safety, food hygiene, and quality standards

Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety by following hygiene and food safety procedures, cleaning up spills immediately, and ensuring bins are clean before use. Use equipment safely and perform required safety checks. Show flexibility and suggest ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

• Be willing to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed by the company. Your adaptability helps ensure the smooth operation of the store and high-quality customer service.
