YOUR MISSION…

• Check for issues with ongoing alarms; faulty cameras;
• Ensure all magnetic doors are closed or opened according to the schedule;
• Monitor cameras to ensure the safety of users, visitors, employees, and the interior and exterior of the building;
• Perform monthly checks;
• Write and start the daily operations journal;
• Perform and process various requests;
• Perform and control the key panel inventory;
• Manage the issuance of hot permits and follow up;
• Apply communicated procedures;
• Perform any other requested tasks;
• Respond to various requests;
• Disseminate relevant information for the shift;
• Ensure restricted access to the control post.

YOU HAVE

• Excellent observation and organization skills;
• Good stress management;
• The ability to interact with a diverse clientele (in French and English);
• The ability to intervene quickly when needed;
• 1 year of experience in security;
• A valid driver's license;
• Comfortable with computers;
• Experience in dispatching;
• A valid regular BSP permit;
• A valid first aid card (CNESST).
