Do you enjoy providing a friendly customer experience and personalized service? Well, we do too! As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and suppliers for our collective insurance products.

Your responsibilities

• Process and validate collective insurance benefit requests
• Provide a pleasant customer experience while meeting their needs
• Collaborate with our suppliers and healthcare professionals (pharmacists, dentists, etc.) to gather all necessary information for a benefit request
• Contribute to various exciting projects that showcase your expertise

Your profile

• College diploma (DEC)
• Relevant customer service experience (e.g., call centers, healthcare field, etc.)
• Advanced English language proficiency, both oral and written, due to the nature of the tasks, work tools, or interactions with colleagues, partners, clients, or suppliers who are anglophones, or to meet the company's growth objectives. Selected candidates will need to take an English test.

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with 2 evenings per week – evening shift ends at 8 PM)
