As a Personal Finance Advisor at Caisse Desjardins de Bellechasse, you are responsible for developing and maintaining a trust-based business relationship with members and clients to ensure their satisfaction. Your role involves listening to the needs of members and clients, providing tailored financial advice, and guiding them in choosing appropriate solutions to achieve their financial goals. You are responsible for a client base consisting of individual members and businesses and are the preferred contact for your clientele. Mastery of interpersonal relationships is then an essential skill. You propose and implement offers related to investment, financing, and protection, leveraging your ability to achieve results. Your expertise allows you to ensure the consistency between member and client satisfaction, business objectives, prudent risk management, and profitability. You maintain collaborations with various partners and experts to propose integrated strategies in response to the needs of members and clients. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Advise members and clients on the best strategies and agree on the desired results.
• Act as the business relationship manager, evaluate satisfaction and service quality, follow up, and recommend necessary improvements.
• Stay informed about financial news, market trends, and best practices in your field.
• Perform various representation activities and participate in the presence in the industry.

What you will bring

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
• Certificate of Representative in Collective Investment – Financial Markets Authority
• Knowledge of French required
• Knowledge of financial, economic, political, and legislative news
• Knowledge of all products and services intended for Caisse members and those offered by Desjardins Entreprises, its components, and Desjardins' distribution networks and those of the competition
• Knowledge in debt management
• Knowledge and understanding of compliance with laws on the distribution of financial products and services
• Knowledge of the philosophy and functioning of a financial services cooperative
• Knowledge of policies, legislations, and norms related to products and services offered by the Caisse
• Knowledge of the Desjardins business process and service standards
• Knowledge of techniques for evaluating and following up on a financing request for individuals
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
