What you'll do...

Description DES tâches

• Ensure department organization and compliance

Ensure that the Dairy/Frozen department is clean, organized, and well-ordered to be ready to welcome customers at all times.

Stock rotation and product quality

Ensure regular stock rotation and check for expired products to guarantee freshness and quality standards.

Price tagging, display, and stock accuracy

Ensure that items are correctly tagged and that the displayed prices are accurate. Follow established procedures for ordering, liquidation, markup, markdown, display, labeling, pricing, and tagging.

Cold chain, food safety, and hygiene

Respect food safety and cold chain standards, including temperature controls, thermometer calibration, proper food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, expiration dates, and cleaning procedures.

Promotional item maintenance

Maintain promotional items in the department to meet merchandising standards and execute promotions.

Safety, cleanliness, and compliance

Maintain a clean and orderly work area by removing debris, spills, and unnecessary items, and comply with all company directives and health and safety guidelines.

Flexibility (availability/work schedules)

• Be willing to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed by the company. Your adaptability helps ensure the smooth operation of the store and consistent, high-quality customer service.

• Perform repetitive tasks such as restocking, zoning, and shelving products, with particular attention to detail and consistency to maintain store standards.
