• YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Schedule management: Create and plan work schedules for the team based on sales volume and operational needs.
• Stock management: Perform regular inventory checks and place orders with suppliers to ensure product availability.
• Daily operations: Supervise floor operations, ensure fast service, and maintain consistent product quality.
• Team leadership: Motivate, train, and guide team members on a daily basis.
• Standards and quality: Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Customer service: Provide an impeccable customer experience, both in-store and on the go.

PROFILE REQUIRED

• Previous experience in management or supervision in fast food or retail.
• Hands-on experience with schedule management, inventory, and product ordering.
• Excellent leadership, autonomy, and strong organizational skills.
• Rigor, sense of responsibility, and good time management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability: days, evenings, and weekends.
