Senior Account Director for Agri-Food Companies

Your role

• Identify and develop business opportunities in your market, grow your client base, and establish business development strategies
• Help your clientele achieve their business objectives by offering financial strategies based on the most appropriate combination of products and services from the Bank
• Manage relationships with sophisticated clientele who have financing needs between 3 and 50 million dollars in often transactional situations
• Respond to changing needs by adapting and optimizing financial products and business development approaches
• Provide expertise in the areas of financing structure, financial analysis, and all aspects of loan evaluation
• Assist in preparing files, including the analysis and implementation of corporate financing structures
• Participate in negotiations with internal colleagues (legal advisors, credit service, syndication service, etc.) and external parties (legal advisors, other financial institutions, clients, potential clients, etc.)
• Negotiate the terms of agreements with the clientele, while ensuring they comply with risk management standards and profitability criteria.
• Identify potential growth opportunities and market expansion avenues.

Within the specialized groups of the Business and Private Wealth 1859 sector, you are part of a team of 14 colleagues and report to the Associate Vice President of Agri-Food. Our team stands out for its collaboration. With the help of a team of diverse credit and treasury specialists, you will structure complex credit files. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in business development and with an established business network (experience in the agri-food sector is a valuable asset)
• Experience with financing structure and subscription
• Rigor, teamwork commitment, and continuous learning skills
• Languages: French
