Desired Profile
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or any equivalent combination of college training and relevant experience;
- Have a senior profile with solid experience in procurement and logistics;
- Have excellent knowledge of international transportation and an ERP (EPICOR, asset);
- Master English at an advanced level, both orally and in writing, to communicate daily with international suppliers and partners;
- Demonstrate an analytical mindset, strategic vision, and excellent sense of priorities;
- Have the ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with suppliers and business partners;
- Be results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement;
- Demonstrate agility in a context of rapid growth and change;
- Show mobilizing leadership.

Reporting to the CEO, the Logistics and Procurement Director drives the supply chain, inventory management, and logistics activities to support Kalia's performance and growth. They contribute to the company's strategic orientations while mobilizing their team to achieve operational and financial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the procurement strategy in line with the company's growth objectives and orientations;
- Optimize and standardize practices, systems (EPICOR), and procedures related to the entire supply chain;
- Optimize incoming (consolidation) and outgoing transportation, taking into account financial, regulatory, and customs requirements;
- Act as the responsible party for logistics partner relationships and track their performance using established indicators;
- Define stock level orientations and optimize working capital through effective inventory management to support strategic objectives;
- Develop, track, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal stock management, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend data-driven actions;
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and optimization of inventories across the organization's warehouses while maintaining exceptional customer service levels;
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels;
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to establish reliable sales and procurement forecasts;
- Work closely with the management team to contribute to strategic decisions and the company's growth projects;
- Ensure sound human resource management under their responsibility, fostering team mobilization, development, and performance.
