Your role: at the heart of the chain

Main Functions

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and maintain a risk-free work environment
• Enforce work methods and safe behaviors within the team
• Conduct safety audits and warehouse inspections
• Supervise vehicle traffic in warehouses and ensure the safety of vehicle movements
• Conduct van audits and supervise warehouse traffic management
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Intervene in case of emergency as needed

Operations and Logistics

• Supervise shipment, receiving, and inventory management
• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests
• Assist in sorting, digitizing, and processing packages (including defective items and returns)
• Perform IDC/Driver check-in/out, loading, and shipping of packages
• Conduct quality checks during return pickups and the return-to-client process
• Create/confirm driver reservations with the relevant BPs
• Generate the next day's route plan and send optimization emails to the optimization team

Reports and Administration

• Maintain accurate delivery, incident, and inventory logs and submit complete daily reports
• Complete and submit daily reports to clients, the station team, and the manager (AMZ case daily report, shift transfer, etc.)
• Review proof of delivery (POD) reports
• Complete daily timesheets and submit them to the station manager
• Perform data entry as needed

Team Leadership and Customer Service

• Assign daily tasks to staff and monitor productivity and SOP compliance
• Prepare and monitor performance reports (on-time deliveries, exceptions, etc.)
• Provide coaching, support, and training to drivers and warehouse staff, including the integration of new hires
• Quickly address delivery complaints, damages, or lost packages
• Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction
• Evaluate employee performance, workplace conduct, and compliance as needed, including discipline when necessary
• Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and safety inspections
• Perform any other related tasks
