Handyman – Gestion Optima

Gestion Optima is looking for a versatile, resourceful, and self-sufficient handyman to join our growing team.

What you will do

• Perform general maintenance work in our buildings.
• Carry out small repairs and painting work.
• Respond to tenant service calls.
• Perform various tasks as needed.
• Ensure the good condition of our buildings and contribute to tenant satisfaction.
• Desired profile:
• Versatile and resourceful.
• Self-sufficient and able to work alone.
• Good sense of organization and effective priority management.
• Comfortable with email communications (all requests are sent by email).
• Experience in building maintenance, renovation, or construction (an asset).
• Valid driver's license.
