You will be responsible for

• Welcoming and assisting customers, taking the time to understand their needs.
• Advising customers on our various products and solutions.
• Providing remarkable pre- and post-sale service, based on listening and proactivity.
• Taking orders and preparing quotes with precision.
• Ensuring order follow-up and maintaining constant communication with customers.
• Conducting outreach to develop new clientele and expand your network.

Your profile

• DES or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or representation.
• Knowledge of hardware and building materials products (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Sense of organization, planning, and diligence.
