The Position

We are looking for a full-time Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team in Montreal.

In this role, you will represent products and services in the sports and automotive racing universe through promotional campaigns and direct client interactions.

This position is ideal for a sociable, proactive, and motivated individual looking to thrive in a structured environment with real advancement opportunities.

What You Will Do

• Represent clients' products and services at activations and promotional campaigns
• Approach and interact with clients to understand their needs
• Present tailored offers in a clear and professional manner
• Provide a positive customer experience from first contact to conclusion
• Build lasting relationships with customers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and ongoing campaigns
• Ensure rigorous tracking of interactions and daily activities
• Actively contribute to team goals
• Participate in continuous training and team meetings

• Full-time availability (Monday to Friday)
• French spoken mandatory (English = an asset)
• Valid driver's license and vehicle required
• Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality = an asset
• Motivated beginners welcome (training provided)
