Support Beneva in designing secure, resilient, and governed AWS architectures, focused on the practical application of artificial intelligence. Identify, frame, and industrialize AWS AI use cases with business value for insurance, claims, underwriting, customer experience, and internal productivity.

Desired Profile › 10+ years IT / 5+ years cloud architecture / 3+ years AWS › Significant experience in an insurance, banking, or financial services environment › Ability to popularize AWS AI with business sectors, security, compliance, and delivery › Influential leadership, autonomy, rigor, judgment, and executive communication

Functions and Responsibilities › Define target AWS architectures for AI, data, and application platforms › Design landing zones, IAM, networking, security, observability, resilience, and FinOps › Propose AI use cases leveraging Bedrock, Amazon Q, SageMaker, Textract, and Comprehend › Lead RAG patterns, AI agents, knowledge bases, guardrails, and MLOps › Collaborate with security, data, compliance, legal, operations, and business lines › Support POCs, MVPs, architecture proposals, estimates, and roadmaps › Ensure alignment with the Well-Architected Framework and the controls of a regulated insurer
