Ice Cream Service

Hey! We're hiring at Iconoglace for the end of the 2026 season!

Our ice cream shop is busy in the summer, and we're looking for people to help us manage the action behind the counter. We serve homemade, creatively delicious ice cream, love-made sundaes, and make sure every customer leaves with a smile!

You must be available to work full-time starting now (training next week)

You cannot take summer vacation: we're open all summer!

You must be available evenings and weekends.

You must enjoy working in a team, under pressure, while keeping your cool ;-)

You must also be able to give us a minimum of 4 shifts in September and 3 in October.

Here's what we're looking for in you

• Having worked in the food service industry before is important for keeping up with the pace and knowing hygiene standards. Whether it's in the kitchen or in service, as long as you know what a big rush is and how to work under pressure, that's good for us!
• Being efficient and keeping a great attitude, even when we're in the thick of it!
• Being available this summer for busy shifts in an intense environment (we're honest, it's a workout, but it's worth it!).
• Enjoying working with the public: it's a service job, yes we make tips, so you need to be kind and patient with people!
• Enjoying working with food: it's you who makes everything we sell, you need to enjoy playing with food, and appreciate having sticky hands ;-)
• Being fast: we'll say it, things move fast here, and you need to keep up with the pace.
• Enjoying working with a tight-knit team, time flies when the vibe is good! No power trips, no bitching please.
• Having a keen eye for detail, because yes, our products are very visual, we want everything to be beautiful as well as delicious.

• $16.75/hour + tips which can add up quickly! ($120 cash per shift minimum if it's nice out)
