IT Technician - Evening Shift

Your working conditions

• Regular schedule five days a week (13h to 21h30). Occasional weekend work or on-call rotation

• Your mission

You will deploy and administer IT infrastructures and provide assistance to users on issues related to office software, enterprise software, and post-production systems. You will work closely with production teams and service teams to optimize operations.

Your responsibilities

• Advise IT managers on the evaluation and acquisition of hardware or software solutions
• Deploy solutions tailored to business needs
• Install and configure workstations, software, and peripherals
• Perform required interventions on the technologies under your responsibility, including deployment, maintenance, and problem resolution
• Maintain an inventory of equipment and obtain quotes for the purchase of computer hardware
• Provide assistance on issues related to equipment, software, and applications and document interactions in the ticketing system
• Ensure the update of components (hardware and software) under your responsibility
• Actively participate in continuous improvement processes
• Perform any other related tasks

Your qualifications

• Hold a college diploma in computer technology, or equivalent
• Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in similar roles
• Have good cross-functional knowledge of IT office software (Telephony, workstations, software, etc.)
• Have functional knowledge of IT security best practices
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows 10, Windows Server, and Office 365 systems
• Proficiency in French both orally and in writing
• Good knowledge of English both orally and in writing (*Toronto branch to serve*)

Salary: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
