Dispatcher

We are currently looking for a dispatcher to join our team. This person will play a key role in the daily planning, coordination, and dispatching of transport operations, while ensuring strong follow-up with drivers, clients, and partners.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate deliveries and pickups
• Efficiently assign tasks and routes to drivers
• Monitor operations in real time and manage unforeseen issues
• Optimize routes to meet deadlines and reduce costs
• Maintain constant communication with drivers and clients
• Ensure compliance with documentation and procedures
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes
• Schedule:
• -Monday to Friday, from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM

Profile Sought

• Relevant experience in logistics, transport, or dispatching (5+ years)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage stress and adapt quickly to change
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with tracking systems
• Team spirit, attention to detail, and autonomy
• Bilingualism (English-French) is mandatory
• Relevant knowledge of the industry

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
