Production Technician

About the Position

We are looking for a Production Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing all production-related operations, ensuring quality standards are met. You will play a key role in the daily management of the plant, coordinating transportation, and ensuring efficient and goal-oriented production.

Responsibilities

• Perform recipes in tanks
• Update and maintain inventories
• Prepare, weigh, and validate the required ingredients for each recipe
• Ensure the proper functioning, cleaning, and first-level maintenance of production equipment (tanks and canner)
• Handling and palletizing finished products
• Organize and coordinate incoming and outgoing transportation in relation to production
• Prepare the next day's production: organization of raw materials, equipment verification, production parameters (e.g., carbonation, volumes, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
• Actively collaborate in the continuous improvement of production processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety
• Operate the forklift
