Store Assistant Manager

Main Role

The store assistant manager ensures the daily management of the store, monitors sales targets, and guarantees an exceptional customer experience, through their customer service and their team's service. They supervise the team, optimize operations, and ensure the store reflects the company's image and standards.

Main Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Supervise the opening and closing of the store.
• Ensure the setup and visual presentation of products (merchandising).
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the store.
• Manage transactions, returns, and cash procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and health and safety standards.

Staff Management

• Recruit, train, and integrate new employees.
• Schedule shifts according to operational needs.
• Lead, motivate, and evaluate the team.
• Manage conflicts and apply disciplinary measures as needed.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Customer Service

• Welcome customers and provide personalized service.
• Answer questions, advise, and guide customers.
• Handle complaints and ensure professional follow-up.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales and Target Management

• Track performance indicators (sales, average basket size, customer loyalty percentage).
• Follow strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Strong knowledge of promotions.
• Analyze results and propose improvements to the team.

Inventory Management

• Place orders with sales analysis.
• Receive and verify orders.
• Manage inventory levels for better profitability.

Required Skills
