Your role

• Welcome and warmly interact with customers
• Perform transactions accurately
• Keep the cash area clean, neat, and organized
• Produce and balance the cash report at the end of each shift
• Comply with the company's health and safety and loss prevention policies and procedures
• Understand and promote the company's programs and initiatives (surveys, fundraising, financing, etc.)
• Any other related tasks ensuring the smooth operation of the store

Skills required

• Excellent customer service
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve various issues
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable working standing for long periods and occasionally working outside
• Experience with cash systems, an asset
