Become a specialist in our products, where your expertise and passion for customer service will guide our customers to the best product choices. You will play a key role in customer satisfaction and achieving our sales objectives, all while working in an environment where your analytical mind will be valued.

Your role

• Serve as an in-store expert by providing product information to customers and other RONA associates
• Conduct sales activities, including promoting and recommending products, plans, or installation services that meet customer needs
• Ensure that shelves are well-stocked and properly displayed
• Prepare the weekly circular
• Perform order management tasks, such as entering new orders for customers, communicating with suppliers for special orders, tracking and executing orders, and resolving issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on placed orders and helping customers find, choose, transport, and load merchandise
• All other tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the store

Skills required

• Experience in a similar position
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in hardware: a strong asset
