Your role

• Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Assess customer needs and provide informed and specialized advice on products
• Present and demonstrate merchandise, emphasizing its positive features, and suggest complementary products
• Support merchandising in your sector (display, presentation, labeling, and advertising of merchandise)
• Stay informed about new products and their technical applications
• Participate in achieving sales targets
• Keep up-to-date with promotions and circulars
• Work in accordance with the store's health and safety and loss prevention policies
• Any other tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the store

Qualifications sought

• Experience in a similar position
• Excellent customer service skills
• Analytical mindset
