Job Offer: Administrative Assistant
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the administrative operations of CAPS and provide a professional, warm, and efficient customer service.

As a member of our team, you will work in a dynamic environment alongside physiotherapists, kinesiologists, massage therapists, and other health and physical activity professionals.
The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. They ensure a high-quality customer experience while coordinating administrative activities efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
1. Provide Quality Customer Service
- Welcome clients with courtesy and professionalism;
- Answer phone calls, emails, and information requests;
- Inform clients about the services offered;
- Provide a personalized customer experience and ensure rigorous follow-up of requests.
2. Provide Administrative Support
- Manage the schedules and appointments of professionals;
- Open, update, and follow up on client files;
- Prepare, file, and archive various documents;
- Perform billing, payments, and deposits;
- Monitor subscriptions and client accounts;
- Participate in the preparation of various administrative reports;
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
3. Support Organizational Activities
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed;
- Participate in the coordination of certain activities or events;
- Perform any other tasks related to the smooth functioning of CAPS.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in office management, administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- Experience in an administrative or customer service position;
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Salary
According to the salary scale in effect within the organization.

Additional Information
- Permanent position - possibility of full-time 35 hours per week;
- Mainly daytime hours;
- Start date: as soon as possible.
