As part of the opening of our new store at the Jean Lesage International Airport of Quebec, we are looking for a reliable, dynamic, and autonomous person to join our team and primarily cover the early morning work shifts.

The Position

This position is ideal for a morning person who enjoys starting their day early and appreciates customer interaction.

Your work shift will start at 3:00 AM to welcome the first travelers of the day.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers with courtesy and professionalism;
• Provide excellent customer service;
• Present and sell our bags, suitcases, and accessories;
• Perform transactions at the cash register;
• Participate in the reception and placement of merchandise;
• Maintain the store clean, organized, and attractive;
• Perform necessary tasks for the store opening;
• Work autonomously when necessary.
• Desired Profile
• We are looking for a person who is:
• Punctual and extremely reliable;
• Comfortable starting work at 3:00 AM;
• Dynamic, smiling, and professional;
• Comfortable with sales and customer service;
• Capable of working autonomously;
• Available on weekdays and/or weekends as needed.

Experience in sales or customer service is an asset, but we place the most importance on attitude, reliability, and the desire to provide excellent service.

Work in an Airport Zone

Since the position is located in a controlled area of the airport, the selected person must be eligible for the required airport access authorizations and card and collaborate in the applicable security verification process.
