Agile Project Manager
The Agile Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring medium to high-complexity IT projects. They serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverable quality are met while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented approach.
Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all phases of IT projects.
- Manage resources, risks, communications, and changes.
- Produce clear and effective executive summaries and reports.
- Use planning and tracking tools for rigorous management.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to quickly address needs.
- Maintain a continuous improvement and problem-solving approach.
- Demonstrate leadership and diplomacy in a complex and political environment.
Qualifications Required for Success in this Role
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Agile IT project management and 10 years in information technology.
- Proven leadership, initiative, and professional rigor.
- Solution-oriented critical thinking.
- Proficiency in a planning and tracking tool (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Ability to quickly take on needs and priorities.
- Political sense and diplomacy in interactions with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Bilingual (French and English) required.
- Professional certifications such as: PMI-ACP Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE) Project Management Professional (PMP)
CGI offers a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, as well as licenses and professional certifications. Reward decisions depend on the particulars of each case. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between $70,000 and $135,000. This position is open.
