Description

*Medway / Lévis / Real Estate Revenue / Permanent Position / Executive Level*

Who are we?

The Medway Group is a leading Quebec-based real estate developer and operator in the medical, residential, and commercial sectors, as well as an administrative partner for family medicine groups (FMGs) in the public health network.

We develop and operate mixed-use buildings combining first-line healthcare facilities, rental condos, and commercial spaces. Our complexes are modern, functional, and deeply rooted in their communities.

Our vision: To build the largest healthcare-focused real estate portfolio in Canada.

Role and Purpose

Under the supervision of the Chief of Real Estate Development and Operations, the Vice President of Real Estate Revenue holds overall accountability for the revenue performance of the entire Medway Group portfolio — residential, commercial, parking, and auxiliary services. They set the vision for revenue growth, unify the pricing and optimization strategy across segments, and lead the revenue-generating departments.

This is a true revenue-generating leadership role, not a coordination position. The Vice President is accountable for meeting revenue and net operating income (NOI) targets to the Chief of Real Estate Development and Operations, and ultimately to our investors. The role requires a strong strategic vision, a mastery of marketing as a revenue driver, and the ability to develop new revenue sources beyond traditional leasing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume accountability for the revenue performance of the portfolio (residential, commercial, parking) and meeting NOI targets
  • Define and implement a multi-year revenue strategy, translated into concrete targets for each team under your responsibility
  • Maintain a consolidated view of revenues and variances against projections, and report to the executive team with clear action plans
  • Unify the pricing logic across all segments to be dynamic and market-aligned
  • Contribute to the design of buildings to orient configurations and revenue potential
  • Identify, test, and implement new revenue sources beyond leasing (a la carte services, auxiliary revenues, monetization of underutilized spaces), supported by profitability analyses
  • Drive marketing as a revenue lever: positioning, visibility, quality of platforms, generation of qualified prospects, and data-driven decisions
  • Lead the parking strategy at the portfolio level: allocation, pricing, technology, and external vendor management
  • Dynamically optimize auxiliary revenues and regularly review rates according to the market
  • Mentor, coach, and grow the residential and commercial leasing and revenue management teams, fostering a data and performance-driven culture
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless customer experience, in line with Medway's health and high-end positioning

Desired Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a relevant field, or a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in real estate revenue management, leasing, or revenue management, including 3 to 5 years in team management
  • Demonstrated track record in revenue growth and NOI target achievement
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and experience in developing new revenue sources

Key Skills

  • Strategic vision and ability to unify multiple revenue segments under a single approach
  • Analytical rigor and mastery of financial and locational performance indicators
  • Creativity in developing new revenue streams
  • Ability to build profitability analyses and make agile decisions
  • Mastery of marketing as a revenue driver and comfort with digital tools and market analysis
  • Motivational leadership and experience in managing directors and teams

Compensation and Employment Conditions

  • Competitive total compensation, aligned with a vice presidency role
  • Corporate bonuses tied to revenue and organizational performance
  • Flexible work conditions adapted to a senior executive role
  • Schedule favoring autonomy and work-life balance
  • Comprehensive group insurance plan
  • Paid parking
  • Dynamic, human, and growing environment
  • Recognition practices
