As a true Human Resources Business Partner, you will act as a strategic lever for managers, supporting them in achieving their goals, talent development, and organizational transformation. With your influence leadership, you will contribute to evolving HR practices in line with the organization's values and ambitions.
Reporting to the Director of HR - Operations, you will be a key actor in the HR strategy by supporting managers and teams in the following responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner for managers, supporting them in achieving their goals and managing their issues.
- Analyze HR indicators, formulate recommendations, and support the implementation of action plans aimed at organizational performance.
- Advise managers on leadership, talent management, performance, team development, communication, and change management.
- Support managers in labor relations: interpretation of collective agreements, negotiation, grievance management, workplace investigations, and application of labor laws.
- Support the deployment of HR programs and policies (global compensation, integration, development, recognition, opening of new residences, and organizational transformation).
- Collaborate with HR teams and regional directors to promote organizational effectiveness, a healthy work environment, and workplace health and safety.

Profile sought
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field; graduate degree and CRHA/CRIA title (assets).
- More than 6 years of experience in an HR consulting role, ideally in a multisite and unionized environment.
- Expertise in labor relations, organizational development, training, or occupational health and safety.
- Excellent business sense, strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.
- Recognized skills in communication, influence, partnership, and managing complex situations in a dynamic environment.
- Mobility to visit residences (valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required).
