Accounting Technician

We are currently looking for an experienced accounting technician to join our team.

In this role, you will be at the heart of financial operations and directly contribute to the reliability of data that supports management decisions.

Your daily role

• Participate in the processing of customer orders and invoicing;
• Track accounts payable;
• Prepare distributor commission invoicing and respond to associated requests;
• Produce various financial reports and analyses;
• Enter price adjustments and promotions into the system;
• Prepare accounting entries and participate in month-end and year-end processes; Perform reconciliations and analyses to ensure data accuracy; Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers;
• Other related tasks.

The profile we are looking for

• Diploma in accounting or minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;
• Excellent diligence and attention to detail;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
• Good mastery of Excel and computer tools;
• Comfort communicating with various stakeholders;
• Discretion and management of confidential information;
• Bilingualism (asset).
