We are currently looking for a passionate, professional, and dynamic Bartender to contribute to the unique atmosphere and high-end service that make Niji Sushi renowned.

Your role

As a Bartender, you will be at the heart of the guest experience, offering attentive and personalized service to bar and dining room guests. Your expertise, speed, and attention to detail will directly contribute to the Niji Sushi experience.

Main responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with professionalism and courtesy;
• Prepare cocktails, mocktails, sakes, and other beverages with precision;
• Advise guests on the beverage and food menu;
• Ensure the setup and organization of the bar;
• Perform service as needed;
• Maintain cleanliness and high service standards;
• Collaborate with the dining room team to ensure smooth and harmonious service;
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout the service.

Desired profile

• Relevant experience in the restaurant or bar industry (1-2 years);
• Excellent knowledge of service techniques and mixology;
• Neat appearance and professional attitude;
• Speed of execution and attention to detail;
• Passion for customer service and fine products;
• MAPAQ certification (asset);
• Part-time (25 hours);
• Bilingual French/English (asset).
