M2D Leadership is a consulting firm in organizational psychology based in Montreal that possesses a rare and in-demand expertise on the market. Our team is fully dedicated to providing high-quality consulting services to organizations in order to measure and promote the development of leadership.

In order to provide our users with fast and personalized services, we are looking for an Administrative and IT Compliance Operations Agent (full-time permanent position) to join our dynamic, competent, and generous team.

The role involves assisting the IT Systems and Compliance Manager in processing user requests related to the organization's technological services. You will act as the first point of contact for users, establish communication with the relevant vendors, and ensure that requests are processed, tracked, and documented according to established procedures.

More specifically, your mission will be to

  • Receive, qualify, document, and follow up on user requests until their resolution, in accordance with established procedures;
  • Provide first-line support according to established procedures and/or establish communication with the managed services partner or any other relevant vendor;
  • Escalate to the IT Systems and Compliance Manager any situation requiring analysis, approval, decision-making, or intervention beyond the scope of standard procedures;
  • Ensure that interventions and files are adequately documented before closing requests;
  • Follow up on the administrative lifecycle of technological equipment according to established guidelines (assignment, replacement, recovery, inventory, and disposal);
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities by following up with the managed services partner and documenting interventions, including the assignment and preparation of required materials (laptop, screen, mouse, etc.);
  • Manage databases in Excel format, produce statistical reports, and other administrative tasks;
  • Collaborate on validation, research, functional testing, or documentation activities within the framework of projects or improvement initiatives.

What is being sought

  • DEC or relevant experience in an administration, technology, operational support, or information management field;
  • Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SaaS-type technological platforms;
  • Ability to work with data, records, tracking lists, and reports;
  • Good communication and customer service skills;
  • Meticulousness, organizational skills, and attention to detail;
  • Ability to follow established procedures and ensure complete and compliant documentation;
  • Technological curiosity and interest in learning new tools;
  • Good judgment to recognize situations requiring escalation or approval.
